Welcome to Up Automation, LLC. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
1. Description of Services
Up Automation, LLC provides LinkedIn Done For You and LinkedIn Done With You services, including but not limited to marketing strategy development, content creation, email campaigns, lead generation, CRM setup, and talent sourcing.
2. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Services Rendered (Done For You Services)
Fees for our services will be as described in the individual agreement between you and Up Automation, LLC. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us in writing 30 day prior. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in the individual agreement.
2.a. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Linked'N Complete Course
No refunds on digital products. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
